The patented PCM CoolOver vest, manufactured in the Netherlands, provides constant cooling at approximately 15 °C (59 °F). It is designed for elite athletes and teams, as well as rehabilitation and healthcare environments – ideal both before and after activity to optimize performance and accelerate recovery.
The vest features a “one size fits most” design, with no textile wrapping and easy cleaning or disinfection, making it suitable for medical settings as well. It is filled with 100% biobased phase-change material (PCM) and certified USDA biobased and REACH compliant.
Activation is done by placing the vest in a freezer or refrigerator until the material is fully solidified, providing up to 2.5 hours of effective cooling. Adjustable straps ensure a good fit – chest sizes up to approx. 120 cm. With low weight and a robust construction, this vest is an effective choice for high-performance work, rehabilitation, or work in hot environments.

Reactivating the vest is easy. Hang the PCM CoolOver at a temperature 3ºC lower than the PCM temperature, or place it flat in ice water, freezer or refrigerator until the PCM CoolOver is completely solid and ready to use again. The vest can be "recharged" 10,000 times.
